  • Raindrop Technique: An aromatherapy massage for back tension – energy balancing and relaxing!
  • Non-needle Acupuncture: Stimulates points and pathways to promote the individual’s self-healing: Effective for back problems, arthritis, addictions and numerous other conditions.
  • Massage & LaStone: Structured rhythmic touch that can benefit physical, mental and emotional well-being.
  • Alexander Technique: Learn to use attention, intention and your whole self to function optimally in your daily life. Benefits include learning to relieve and prevent pain, reduce strain and excess muscular effort, prevent injury, increase range of motion, and improve posture, balance and coordination.
  • Shiatsu Massage: Done on a futon, this form of massage helps to balance the meridians and stimulates and harmonizes the flow of vital energy through the body.
  • Medical Massage: A more focused massage on a specific area of concern (sprains, strains, injuries, etc.) to improve recovery and elimination of the problem by providing exercise and stretching instructions.
  • Ear Candling: Can frequently assist with better hearing, softens excess earwax, and can ease sinus congestion. Ear Candling has been considered by many cultures as a spiritual practice for clearing the mind and senses.
  • Foot Reflexology: The therapist uses thumbs & fingers to relieve tension in the feet, thus bringing relief to corresponding areas in the body. Includes a warm footbath with Young Living Essential Oils.
  • CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle method of finding and correcting restrictions and imbalances in the craniosacral system (from the head to the lower back). These restrictions and imbalances can be from injuries, stress, trauma, surgery, scar tissue, difficult birth, etc.
  • Spiritual Direction: A one-to-one relationship in which a person assists another in the search for closer union with God.
  • Solitude/Quiet Time: Private or directed retreats, guests rooms and meals.
  • Gift Certificates: Bookstore, Retreat/Guest Rooms, Massage, Reiki, Healing Touch, Spirituality Programs. Available at our Reception Desk Mon – Thurs. 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m., Sat. – Sun. 8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Visit The Marywood Gallery, a space reserved by Dominican Center for the purpose of exhibiting art created by West Michigan Artists.  The gallery is located in the Ground Floor main Lobby of Dominican Center at Marywood.
